Meet the Team
Brian’s journey in the manufacturing sector began in 1995 as a technical draftsperson, a role that instilled in him an uncompromising eye for detail and geometric design. Recognizing that elite engineering requires hands-on mastery, he transitioned directly into metal fabrication, working closely with raw materials and mastering complex production machinery.
Following a decade of technical, floor-level experience, Brian stepped into engineering management. In this role, he successfully spearheaded major workflow optimization initiatives and refined manufacturing pipelines. Guided by this complete perspective—from initial draft to finished product—Brian founded Falcon Precision in 1988 to deliver superior, precision-engineered manufacturing solutions.
Today, Brian drives Falcon Precision’s strategic vision, prioritizing client success and continuous operational improvement. Outside of the office, he is a dedicated community advocate, regularly volunteering his time to support local grassroots initiatives and help those in need.

High-Stakes Industry Experience
Ralph brings over three decades of business development and commercial growth strategy to Falcon Precision. He began his career as a CNC machine tool programmer, climbing through virtually every operational tier of manufacturing—including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, VP of Sales, and eventually President and CEO of multiple ventures. He has co-founded several successful manufacturing enterprises, including Rainford Corporation, Selectech, Vertigo, and Praevar Corporation.
Throughout his career, Ralph has managed a diverse spectrum of manufacturing disciplines, including sheet metal stamping, precision fabrication, structural welding, powder coating, and PCB assembly. He has designed and built specialized systems for demanding industries, ranging from datacom and server co-location enclosures to military-grade EMP protection, shipboard equipment, and smart city digital displays.
At Falcon Precision, Ralph bridges the gap between client requirements and factory execution. He leads multi-disciplined design and engineering teams across thermal, mechanical, and firmware developments, helping clients map out clear Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and transition seamlessly from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume scale production. In his personal time, Ralph enjoys fishing, tasting fine single malt scotch, and building complex Lego structures with his grandchildren.

Elite Financial Pedigree
Brian is a Chartered Professional Accountant who provides the rigorous financial stewardship that underpins Falcon Precision’s operational success. He graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo in 1985 with a degree in Economics, going on to earn his Chartered Accounting designation in 1989 while working with the global accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.
Following his tenure at Deloitte, Brian spent 35 years directing financial strategy across both public accounting and the private sector. His deep expertise in managing owner-operated businesses across diverse industries ensures that Falcon Precision remains operationally lean, financially sound, and strategically positioned for long-term growth.
Matching the community-focused ethos of the Falcon Precision team, Brian has also spent his career volunteering as a local youth sports coach, mentor, and community organizer.
